This beautiful estate is owned by a French couple based in Los Angeles. Sylive, a stylist and interior designer, did this home in a minimal colonial style that is the epitome of barefoot elegance. Several small buildings collectively contain four bedrooms (including a master with an en suite bathroom) and lux common areas are clustered around a long sleek swimming pool. Built in traditional brick there are high airy ceilings, palm thatched roofs, thick adobe walls, handmade tile and a fire pit for al fresco cooking. The estate is situated on the edges of a valley overlooking verdant farmland with plenty of terraces and hammocks to enjoy the view or relax after morning surf sessions. It’s about a ten minute walk to the beach and the town center. A caretaker lives on the premises to assist with your stay.
