Laughing Symphony

Rituals exist for almost everything now so I decided to make up my own to promote joy and happiness. I call it a Laughing Symphony. It’s pretty easy to try if you want. You’ll need a conductor and a few people (the more the better) to be the orchestra. When the conductor raises her hands up high, then the orchestra is cued to laugh in a high pitch, and when the conductor's hands are lowered people laugh in a lower pitch. The lower the conductor’s hands, the lower the pitch of the laughter from the orchestra and so on. The conductor is encouraged to move their hands all around and even dance if that feels good. It will instantly put everyone involved in a better mood. Please see this video of me performing a Laughing Symphony recently at the Opera House in Tbilisi, Georgia as part of the Design Hotels conference.
