We love the north of Ibiza, away from all the noise and traffic. My favorite town is Sant Joan, surrounded by pine forests, palms, and vintage Euro hippies.

There’s very few places to stay in that part of the island, save for a teepee squat or maybe someone’s house. but this summer a new hotel opened in town called The Giri residence. It has six super lux suites and a swimming pool.

Its definitely on the designy side– at times going overboard with the Zen nightclubby stuff and questionable low lined minimal furniture. But there are some sweet moments too, like the gardens and wooden lanterns. If you happen to go please report back on how it is…
